I made a bunch of fresh pasta today. So, we had lasagna for dinner.
I don’t think I can eat another salad. I do think that some of these are going to be for sale on the community table at the farmer’s market tomorrow.
Hastily taken photo of my Saturday night dinner. The gazpacho was chilled, but I would have liked to let it sit longer. On the plate is a fig-marsala pork sausage, some blue cheese of a Spanish variety that I forget, and what’s left of my petit dejeuner, which is the rather crusty end of a baguette.
